1) What exactly is a sticky-back poster?

Sticky-Back is far better than paper.  It is self-adhesive, and can be easily removed and rehung without tearing. Simply peel off the backing and stick.  Unlike tape and glue, it won't damage walls or paint, which makes it great for dorm rooms.

2) Do I have to buy something in order to build and post a creation?

No purchase is necessary.  However, you will need to create an account, and agree to our terms and conditions, in order to create and post. Because designs are licensed, they cannot be misused in inappropriate ways that may jeopardize the license.

3) What constitutes inappropriate?

We reserve the right to stop the production of ANYTHING that we find inappropriate, in ANY sense of the word. This includes, but is not limited to: anything considered vulgar, bad language, hateful words, pictures that insinuate bad language, hateful gestures, or any sexual references.

4) Can I create my own creation from scratch, like a photo collage, and print on your products?

Sure, choose "Original Creation" from the search menu, and upload your images through the Pixlr interface that is part of the photo upload process.  This tool allows you to create from scratch, including a variety of effects.

5) How fast can I get my printed products?

It really depends on how many orders we have at the time. You should have it within two weeks, but we'll do our best to get it to you sooner!

6) What is your return policy?

We are determined to deliver you the best product possible; A product that we're both proud of. If there are any issues with the product that we are responsible for, we'd be more than happy to reprint and resend it to you or refund you. Please take a picture of it and send it to us at support@worthfx.com. However, if it's an issue on your end, for example: you spelled something wrong or don't like a picture that you chose, we cannot take responsibility for factors outside of our control, nor can we refund you for such errors. Thank you for your understanding!

7) I don't see my favorite team. Why not?

Every school requires a license. If you don't see your school, it's just because we haven't gotten permission from them yet. Don't worry; we're working on it! If you have a suggestion, let us know by emailing it to support@worthfx.com.
